The posting

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse facilitaire organisatie van de locatie. Daarbij zorg je dat werkzaamheden tijdig worden uitgevoerd, storingen worden opgepakt en faciliteiten veilig en functioneel blijven. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van de facilitaire processen.

• Coördineren en uitvoeren van technische, facilitaire en huishoudelijke werkzaamheden; • Oplossen en opvolgen van storingen, incidenten en andere ad-hocvraagstukken; • Begeleiden en aansturen van externe leveranciers, monteurs en andere partijen; • Controleren en onderhouden van faciliteiten, machines en mobiele werkplekken; • Beheren van het badgesysteem en de toegangscontrole; • Bijhouden van administratie rondom assets, onderhoud, controles en leveranciers; • Bewaken van periodieke controles en opvolgen van openstaande acties; • Coördineren van facilitaire projecten en werkzaamheden vanuit de Facility Planner; • Signaleren, voorstellen en implementeren van verbeteringen; • Afstemmen van prioriteiten met het management en vertalen naar concrete acties; • Bewaken van orde, netheid, veiligheid en functionaliteit van de werkomgeving; • Zorgdragen voor een correcte registratie en opvolging van facilitaire werkzaamheden; • Actief bijdragen aan de inrichting en verdere optimalisatie van de facilitaire organisatie.

Functie-eisen: Deze functie past bij je als je graag overzicht houdt, snel kunt schakelen en het prettig vindt om zowel organisatorische als praktische werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een goed georganiseerde werkomgeving en werkt makkelijk samen met collega's, leveranciers en externe partijen.

Voor deze functie:

• Heb je mbo werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan door opleiding of ervaring; • Heb je ervaring met technische en facilitaire werkzaamheden; • Kun je zelfstandig plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen; • Ben je bereid ook zelf facilitaire werkzaamheden uit te voeren wanneer nodig; • Heb je ervaring me
