Over de organisatie

Werving- en selectiekantoor Hays is op zoek naar een Facility Coördinator voor een dienstverlenende organisatie actief binnen water-, energie- en nutsvoorzieningen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

  • Technische expertise - Je verdiept je in thema's zoals brandpreventie, binnenluchtkwaliteit, gebouwenbeheersystemen, ... Je volgt evoluties op, neemt deel aan werkgroepen en vertaalt nieuwe inzichten naar richtlijnen, nota's en standaarden.
  • Projectopvolging - Je analyseert technische vragen, brengt projecten inhoudelijk in kaart en stemt af met interne stakeholders. Je organiseert marktbevragingen, stelt opdrachtdocumenten op, beoordeelt offertes en volgt de uitvoering op tot en met oplevering.
  • Raamcontracten - Je bepaalt de technische scope en vereisten, werkt nauw samen met aankoop en fungeert organisatiebreed als technisch aanspreekpunt tijdens marktconsultaties.
  • EPC/EPCNR-dossiers - Je verzamelt en beheert technische en energetische data, actualiseert dossiers en bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle gegevens.
  • Energiebeheer - Je volgt energieverbruik per site op, analyseert afwijkingen en trends en initieert acties bij abnormale verbruiken. Je beheert meterstructuren, tellerapplicaties en energieschema's van nieuwe en bestaande gebouwen.
  • Technische structuur & data - Je zorgt voor een correcte opbouw en opvolging van technische en energiedossiers binnen de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Masterdiploma in een technische of bouwkundige richting.
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen gebouwtechnieken, facility of elektrotechnieken.
  • Je bent een sterke technische expert met een analytische blik.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, betrokken en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt assertief en klantgericht.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
