Functie Facility Coördinator| 32-40 uur |Amsterdam Een veelzijdige functie waarin je dagelijks het verschil maakt voor collega's, bezoekers, leveranciers en samenwerkende partijen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen de organisatie, houdt alle facilitaire processen draaiende en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en effectief worden opgelost. Dit doe je niet helemaal alleen. Je komt te werken in een heel fijn facility team van 4 personen. De sfeer is open, informeel en collegiaal. Er wordt veel samengewerkt, ze helpen elkaar graag en er is volop ruimte voor humor en gezelligheid. Tegelijkertijd wordt er ook veel van elkaar verwacht. Iedereen neemt eigenaarschap en pakt zaken direct op. Juist die combinatie van professionaliteit, betrokkenheid en een gezonde dosis humor maakt dit team zo sterk. Dit ga je doen Als Facility coördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vragen, meldingen en operationele uitdagingen. Gedurende de dag komen er continu nieuwe verzoeken binnen (per mail of de telefoon of iemand loopt even bij jou langs, waardoor je voortdurend moet schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Jij bepaalt waar de prioriteiten liggen en wat je wel of niet vandaag nog kan/moet oppakken. Jij draagt deze verantwoordelijkheid en niemand twijfelt aan jouw keuzes. Soms is een verzoek klein (airco werkt niet) en soms ga je op zoek naar een nieuw schoonmaakbedrijf of receptie oplossing. De ene keer organiseer je een evenement of stem je af met leveranciers, de andere keer los je een spoedmelding op omdat een lift niet werkt, een belangrijke levering is uitgebleven of een technische storing directe aandacht vraagt. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie uitdagend en interessant. Gebouwen die gemoderniseerd worden en waarvan...
