Wat houdt werken als Facility Consultant in?

Als Facility Project Consultant versterk je organisaties die tijdelijk nood hebben aan extra facility-expertise. Je komt bij ons in dienst met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur en werkt op projecten bij toonaangevende bedrijven in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

Is een opdracht afgerond? Dan zoeken wij samen met jou een nieuw project dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities. Zo ontdek je verschillende bedrijven, sectoren en werkomgevingen.

Wat voor projecten kan je verwachten?

Geen enkele opdracht is dezelfde. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring werk je mee aan uiteenlopende facilityprojecten, zoals:

  • De dagelijkse coördinatie van facility services.
  • Het beheren van leveranciers en servicecontracten.
  • Het opvolgen van technische en operationele gebouwgerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Het coördineren van verhuis-, renovatie- en workplaceprojecten.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, budgetten en SLA's.
  • Het optimaliseren van facilitaire processen en dienstverlening.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen Facility, Workplace of Office Management.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt je vlot in binnen nieuwe organisaties.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Je bent flexibel om projecten uit te voeren in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Engels en/of Frans.
