Ben jij een technisch sterke, hands-on professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en energie haalt uit een perfect draaiende werkomgeving? Dan ben jij misschien de Facility Coördinator die wij zoeken.

Als Facility Coördinator maak je deel uit van het team dat instaat voor het beheer van bedrijfsgebouwen. Je bent het zichtbare technische aanspreekpunt voor huurders en klanten.

Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, installaties en facilitaire diensten optimaal functioneren. Dankzij technische expertise en oplossingsgerichte aanpak kunnen huurders rekenen op een veilige, nette en professionele werkomgeving.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van het dagelijkse technische en facilitaire beheer van de gebouwen.
  • Regelmatig inspecteren van de sites, het detecteren van defecten en het uitvoeren van kleine technische interventies.
  • Coördineren van preventief onderhoud, herstellingen en wettelijke keuringen van onder meer HVAC-installaties, elektrische installaties, brandveiligheidssystemen, liften en toegangscontrole.
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van externe leveranciers, aannemers en keuringsorganismen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders bij technische en praktische vragen.
  • Begeleiden van huurders bij in- en uittredes.
  • Opvolgen van meterstanden, nutsvoorzieningen en technische gegevens voor afrekeningen.
  • Beheren van technische dossiers, attesten, plannen en postinterventiedossiers.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de omgang met huurders, collega's en leveranciers.
  • Een brede technische kennis van gebouwtechnieken zoals elektriciteit, HVAC en sanitair.
  • Een professionele bachelor in Elektromechanica, Bouwkunde, Facility Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel en Outlook) en digitale toepassingen.
  • Een rijbewijs B en de bereidheid om je tussen verschillende sites te verplaatsen.
