With a full-service approach-from design and procurement to construction, safety, and project management-it supports projects in sectors including pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments, medical technology, high-tech, food & beverage, and energy. What are you going to do? As a Facilities Engineer Services, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring a broad range of facility services. You act as the key operational interface between internal stakeholders, customers, external service providers and other relevant parties. You ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs, quality standards and compliance requirements. - Coordinating and monitoring a broad range of soft and hard services, including security, housekeeping, catering, mailroom, conference services, pest control, grounds maintenance and GxP cleaning. - Acting as the operational point of contact between the organization, customers, service providers and relevant authorities. - Monitoring KPIs, service levels, quality, EHS and compliance, and following up on incidents, deviations and CAPAs. - Managing supplier relationships and performance, including contractual obligations and improvement actions. - Supporting operational improvements, standardization and best practices, while acting as a Subject Matter Expert for one or more facility services. - Ensuring the SAP CMMS system is available to users and kept up to date.
