The organization is known for successful collaborations, innovative designs, and cost-efficient solutions. With a full-service approach-from design and procurement to construction, safety, and project management-it supports projects in sectors including pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments, medical technology, high-tech, food & beverage, and energy. Functie-eisen - Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Services or a comparable field. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in a complex or regulated environment. - Experience with contract management, supplier management and/or outsourced services. - Demonstrated experience with quality, compliance, EHS and managing deviations/CAPAs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. - Working hours: Full-time position; 32 hours per week is also possible. - Must be based within 1 hour drive of Leiden.
