Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Facility Coordinator die het beheer van hun gebouwen en werkruimtes op zich neemt. De Facility Coordinator speelt een essentiële rol in het coördineren van facilitaire diensten, zodat alles – van HVAC-installaties tot schoonmaak en veiligheid – efficiënt en volgens de hoogste normen verloopt. Met een scherp oog voor organisatie en een praktische instelling draagt de Facility Coordinator bij aan een veilige en comfortabele werkomgeving voor alle medewerkers.

Over de functie In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer en onderhoud van de faciliteiten. Je houdt overzicht over onderhoudswerkzaamheden, bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe leveranciers, en zorgt dat budgetten voor facilitaire diensten optimaal worden ingezet. Daarnaast ondersteun je projecten zoals renovaties en verhuizingen en garandeer je dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de veiligheids- en milieunormen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van dagelijkse facilitaire diensten, zoals HVAC-onderhoud, schoonmaak en beveiliging
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en aansturen van onderhoudsafspraken
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en milieunormen binnen alle gebouwen
  • Beheren van facilitaire budgetten en meedenken over kostenbesparende maatregelen
  • Ondersteunen bij projecten zoals verbouwingen en verhuizingen
  • Signaleren van technische problemen en zorgen voor tijdige oplossingen
  • Een afgeronde opleiding in Facility Management, Elektromechanica, of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in facility management of gebouwbeheer, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of industriële omgeving
  • Organisatorisch sterk en klantgericht, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Handig met MS Office; ervaring met facilitair managementsoftware is een pluspunt
