Jouw functie

Als Facility Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en operationeel beheer van een uitgebreide vastgoedportefeuille, bestaande uit kantoren, magazijnen en verhuurpanden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de gebouwen optimaal functioneren en voldoen aan alle wettelijke normen. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak draag je bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame werkomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Facility management & technisch beheer
  • Contractbeheer & leveranciersmanagement
  • Verzekeringen & schadebeheer
  • Technische documentatie
  • Projectcoördinatie
  • Interne organisatie
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met minstens 5 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring in facility management of technisch vastgoedbeheer.
  • Sterke technische kennis van gebouwtechnieken, HVAC, elektriciteit en energie.
  • Ervaring met contractbeheer en onderhandelingen.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig in dossierbeheer.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD is een plus.
  • Communicatief vaardig en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans; kennis van het Engels is een plus.
  • Bereid om regelmatig verschillende sites te bezoeken.
