JOUW ROL Voor onze vestigingen in Born zijn wij op zoek naar een Facility Coordinator. Als Facility Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van onderhoud en de planning van de technische zaken van de bedrijfsgebouwen, materialen of inventaris van onze warehouses. Ook behoort het controleren van het gebruik en de status van facilitaire middelen binnen de warehouses tot je takenpakket, het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, contractors en indien van toepassing het oplossen van problemen in overleg met je leidinggevende. De uitvoering van het Facility Beleid en alle werkzaamheden welke hieruit voortkomen doe je uiteraard niet alleen. Als Facility Coordinator ben je onderdeel van het regionale Facility Team van Area South. Je rapporteert aan de Facility Officer op de campus. Het team bestaat uit 4 FTE en kenmerkt zich als doortastend en flexibel Je zal in deze functie zowel in kantoor als in het warehouse te vinden zijn. WAT GA JE DOEN? Je bent administratief bezig maar ook op de vloer om leveranciers te ontvangen, te begeleiden en eventueel klein onderhoud zelf uit te voeren. Je bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers en meldt onjuistheden aan je leidinggevende. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het onderhouden van specifieke facilitaire systemen en het registreren van en rapporteren over de voortgang van werkzaamheden en gemaakte kosten; - Het invoeren van inkooporders in het inkoopsysteem (o.a. kantoorartikelen, verpakkingen, workwear); - Het opstellen van facilitaire proc...
