Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een overheidsorganisatie met een brede dienstverlening. Ze leveren drink- en industrieel water, saneren afvalwater, stellen hun aankoopexpertise ter beschikking en beheren publieke gebouwen. Zwembaden, sporthallen, gemeentehuizen, brandweerkazernes, noem maar op. Voor die laatste afdeling zoeken we een extra Facility Coördinator om het team te versterken.

Jouw nieuwe functie

  • Jij zorgt er voor dat de gebouwen of terreinen, voornamelijk sportaccommodaties, in goede staat blijven
  • Dat gaat van screening van installaties, keuringen en milieuwetgeving en het zorgen voor brandveiligheid tot kleine investerings- of renovatiewerken
  • Bijvoorbeeld: schilderwerken, een nieuwe vloer, een filterinstallatie die niet goed werkt, douches die kapot zijn, …
  • Je gaat ter plaatse vaststellingen doen, maar een eerste filter van alle aanvragen is al voor jou gedaan
  • Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk: timing en planning, offertes opvragen bij aannemers, technisch meedenken, vergelijken, vastleggen, concrete afspraken maken, startvergadering organiseren met de stad of gemeente, controle & toezicht op de werf, oplevering en evaluatie van de samenwerking nadien
  • De administratie die hiermee gepaard gaat verwerk je nauwkeurig
  • Je bent in deze functie vaak de baan op, je kan je werk vanuit kantoren in Brugge of Gent, van thuis (2d / week max) of zelfs ter plaatse bij je klant doen. Je beheert je eigen agenda efficiënt

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Bachelor of A2 met (bouw)technische affiniteit of kennis. Bij voorkeur kan je al nuttige ervaring voorleggen, maar een pas afgestudeerde Bachelor facility management, Bachelor Bouw of Bachelor toegepaste architectuur komt perfect in aanmerking. Belangrijk is dat je maturiteit uitstraalt en dingen durft aanpakken. Je werkt vlot met de pc. Qua persoonlijkheid zoeken we iemand met een assertieve bescheidenheid: je hebt voor deze functie een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en durf nodig, soms moet je tegen aannemers ingaan, maar je past best in het team als je daarnaast ook de drive hebt om beter te worden en je eigen fouten niet wil wegsteken.
