Zorg jij ervoor dat alles op de site vlot blijft draaien?

Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving zoeken we een Facility Lead die techniek, organisatie en people management weet te combineren.

Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, infrastructuur en faciliteiten optimaal functioneren. Daarbij stuur je een klein team aan, volg je externe partners op en neem je zelf initiatief wanneer er iets moet gebeuren. Je bent iemand die overzicht bewaart, prioriteiten stelt en problemen oplost voor ze groter worden.

Wat doe je?

Dagelijkse coördinatie

  • Je stuurt 2 Facility Operatoren aan en verdeelt de werkzaamheden.
  • Je plant en volgt onderhoudswerken op.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vragen op de site.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en uitvoering.

Techniek & onderhoud

  • Je voert kleinere technische herstellingen zelf uit.
  • Je ondersteunt onderhouds-, renovatie- en verbeterprojecten.
  • Je denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen en infrastructuur.

Leveranciers & externe partners

  • Je volgt leveranciers en aannemers op.
  • Je maakt duidelijke afspraken en bewaakt de uitvoering.
  • Je ondersteunt aankoop- en contractbeheer.

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Je ziet erop toe dat veiligheids- en milieuregels worden nageleefd.
  • Je detecteert risico's en neemt gepaste actie.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan een veilige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Teambegeleiding

  • Je motiveert en ondersteunt je medewerkers.
  • Je voert evaluatie- en opvolggesprekken.
  • Je helpt je team verder ontwikkelen.

Wat zoeken wij in een Facility Lead?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen facility, technisch onderhoud of gebouwbeheer.
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische basiskennis (gebouwen, installaties, HVAC, nutsvoorzieningen,...).
  • Je bent hands-on en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kan mensen aansturen en motiveren.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en aannemers.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Kennis van SAP is een plus.
