Jij bent de technische spil van een R&D-locatie waar onderzoek en innovatie centraal staan. Als Facility Maintenance Technician zorg jij ervoor dat gebouw, installaties en apparatuur altijd optimaal functioneren - van preventief onderhoud tot het snel oplossen van storingen. In deze afwisselende functie combineer jij technische breedte met een proactieve instelling. Je werkt nauw samen met het R&D-team, schakelt soepel met externe partijen en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat deze rol zo aantrekkelijk maakt. Profiel Als Facility Maintenance Technician ben jij de technische allrounder van de locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouw, installaties en apparatuur in topconditie blijven en levert een directe bijdrage aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met het R&D-team om technische behoeften te begrijpen en biedt waar nodig ondersteuning. Daarnaast stel je onderhoudsplanningen op, bewaakt de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en draag je actief bij aan verbeterinitiatieven. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan gebouwgebonden installaties, apparatuur en systemen, inclusief loodgieterswerk, elektrotechniek, timmerwerk en schilderwerk. - Inspecteren van apparatuur en systemen, tijdig signaleren van potentiële problemen en bijhouden van nauwkeurige onderhoudsregistraties en werkorders. - Samenwerken met externe aannemers en leveranciers voor onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden, en bijdragen aan continue verbeterprocessen.
