Als Teil des operativen Facility Management Teams sind Sie für die technische Betreuung unserer haustechnischen Anlagen zuständig. Dabei liegt Ihr Schwerpunkt bei den Wartungen und Instandhaltung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen unserer Standorte. Sie arbeiten in einem Team aus mehreren Techniker:innen und sorgen dafür, dass Qualitätsvorgaben und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen eingehalten werden. 1 FACILITY MANAGEMENT BETRIEBSELEKTRIKER:IN (W/M/X)

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die Sicherung eines störungsfreien Betriebs unserer gebäudetechnischen Anlagen und die Umsetzung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Reparaturarbeiten mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik

Dazu zählen das Durchführen von Kontrollgänge, Prüfungen und Inspektionen, das Überwachen von technische Anlagen und die Bedienung von MSR-/GLT-Systeme zur Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Gebäudebetriebs

Sie koordinieren und überwachen externe Dienstleister und Fremdfirmen, begleiten Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und wirken bei kleineren technischen Projekten mit

Die Einhaltung von Betreiberpflichten, Arbeitnehmerschutz- und Brandschutzvorgaben gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben und Sie übernehmen bei Bedarf Reparatur-, Montage- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten in der Werkstatt

Sie übernehmen administrative Tätigkeiten wie die Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Protokollen und Checklisten sowie die Einholung, Spezifikation und Bewertung von Angeboten

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik (z. B. Betriebselektriker:in, Elektrotechniker:in, Elektroinstallationstechniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen

Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für gebäudetechnische Anlagen über die Elektrotechnik hinaus sowie Erfahrung mit elektrischen Anlagen, Verteilungen, Störungsbehebung und der Bedienung von MSR-/GLT-Systemen

Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Instandhaltung von Betriebsstätten, idealerweise in Produktions-, Logistik- oder vergleichbaren technisch anspruchsvollen Umgebungen, sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister

Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, digitale Dokumentationen, Ticketsysteme oder vergleichbare Anwendungen), Führerschein Klasse B sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit Bereitschaft zur gewerkeübergreifenden Mitarbeit.

Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und

Bereitschaftsdienst im Schichtrad und Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaften bzw. Einsätzen außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit

Von Vorteil sind: Ausbildung zum Brandschutzwart, Kenntnisse mit Schließsystemen, Erfahrung mit CAFM Systemen

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 2.700,- zzgl. einer erfolgsabhängigen, variablen Vergütung und Bereitschaftszulage nach Aufwand. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt höher wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung festgelegt!
