In deze rol zorg je voor het vlot beheer van facilitaire diensten en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de dagelijkse werking. Je combineert operationele opvolging met organisatie en administratie. Dit vanuit Lokeren.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Facility Manager

  • Aansturen en coördineren van facilitaire diensten zoals schoonmaak, catering en onderhoud
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en opvolgen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van reservaties en verhuur van ruimtes
  • Leidinggeven aan medewerkers en voorzien van coaching en begeleiding
  • Opvolgen van administratieve taken zoals bestellingen en voorraadbeheer
  • Beheren van inkomsten en ondersteunen van operationele processen
  • Naast administratief, ook operationeel bijdragen aan jouw team

  • Hands-on ingesteld met een sterke teamgerichte mindset
  • Flexibel en organisatorisch sterk
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van medewerkers is een plus
  • Vlot in het gebruik van MS Office en digitale tools
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht
