The posting

Wij zoeken een Facility Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van onze kantoorgebouwen, waaronder ons state-of-the art (A+++++) hoofdkantoor. Jij zorgt voor de operationele efficiëntie, veiligheid en beveiliging. Je maakt zelf onderdeel uit van de afdeling Business Support, maar werkt ook veel samen met onze Operationeel Manager Datacenter en zijn teams. Je standplaats is ons hoofdkantoor in 's-Hertogenbosch, en je zal ook regelmatig vanuit ons kantoor in Eindhoven werken. Jij zorgt dat onze kantoorgebouwen en voorzieningen in 's-Hertogenbosch en Eindhoven in uitstekende conditie zijn en blijven. - Stelt de onderhoudskalender voor de kantoren en buitenruimtes op. - Plant preventief onderhoud aan facilitaire systemen en ruimtes (HVAC, energie, water, elektra, verlichting, klimaat, liften, etc). - Beheert noodherstelplannen en zorgt voor minimale uitvaltijd bij storingen. - Monitort de prestaties van alle kantoorfaciliteiten en -infrastructuur. - Zorgt samen met onze preventiemedewerker voor de naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en -normen. - Plant veiligheidsaudits en -inspecties in, laat deze uitvoeren en volgt bevindingen op. - Optimaliseert het energieverbruik van de kantoren en ontplooit duurzame initiatieven. - Beheert relaties met bestaande leveranciers en dienstverleners. - Draagt zorg voor voorraadbeheer en tijdige inkoop van goederen en services voor facilitaire diensten. - In overleg met de Operationeel Manager Datacenter kan je ook gevraagd worden om dezelfde taken uit te voeren voor onze datacenters. Jij bent praktisch ingesteld, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht. Je kan goed overzicht houden en de grote lijnen bewaken, maar hebt ook oog voor detail.
