Heb je affiniteit met soft services, techniek en ben je in staat om huurders in multi-tenant kantoorgebouwen blij te maken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Facility Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle facilitaire taken voor toonaangevende multi-tenant kantoorgebouwen in de Randstad. Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor The Core in Amsterdam of vanuit de kantoorgebouwen en bezoekt de verschillende locaties veelvuldig. Je stuurt samen met het beheerteam de gecontracteerde onderhoudspartijen en leveranciers aan en zorgt er op die manier voor dat de panden er op en top bij staan. Je begeleid en controleert de facility services (receptie, bewaking, schoonmaak, installatiepartijen etc.) en onderhoud proactief contacten met de gebruikers van het gebouw. Door jouw kennis en ervaring op het gebeid van facilitaire vraagstukken ben je in staat de gemaakte afspraken met huurders, onderhoudspartijen en leveranciers te bewaken op kwalitatief, financieel en procesmatig niveau. Vervolgens weet je dit op strategische en operationeel niveau met betrokken gebouweigenaren te bespreken in de maandelijkse overleggen met onze opdrachtgevers. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor huurders en bouwt moeiteloos sterke relaties op met huurders, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. Je bent in staat om anderen te enthousiasmeren en te motiveren voor optimale en servicegerichte dienstverlening aan huurders en onze opdrachtgevers, de gebouweigenaar.
