Fulltime Facility Manager in Eindhoven YoungCapital Beschrijving Word Facility Manager in Eindhoven (32-40 uur)! Beheer tot 500 woningen en verdien tot € 3.794 bruto. Wat ga je doen? Zoek jij een veelzijdige spilfunctie in de facilitaire vastgoedwereld? Als Facility Manager ben jij het operationele aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van maximaal 400 tot 500 woningen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse onderhoud, coördineert leveranciers en voert grondige inspecties uit bij in- en uitverhuizingen. Je bent van nature organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en laat je niet snel van de wijs brengen bij ad-hoc situaties. Met jouw doortastende aanpak en gestructureerde werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat de locaties er op en top bij staan en facilitaire processen vlekkeloos verlopen. Wat worden jouw taken? - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het facilitaire en operationele gebouwbeheer van de complexen; - Coördineren en aansturen van externe onderhoudspartijen, leveranciers en schoonmaakdiensten; - Uitvoeren van in- en uitverhuisinspecties en bewaken van de opleverkwaliteit; - Afhandelen van complexe facilitaire vraagstukken en schademeldingen; - Fungeren als daadkrachtig aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en daadkrachtig optreden bij weerstand.
