Voor een ambitieuze vastgoedorganisatie in de regio Rotterdam zoeken we een Facilitair Manager . Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de facilitaire dienstverlening binnen de vastgoedportefeuille: van schoonmaak, afval en beveiliging tot groenvoorziening en overige facilitaire zaken. Je stuurt leveranciers aan, bewaakt kwaliteit en kosten en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over de toekomst. Op dit moment werken verschillende vastgoedobjecten met verschillende partijen. Jij helpt mee om dit verder te professionaliseren en toe te werken naar een slimme, eenduidige en toekomstgerichte leveranciersstrategie . Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse facilitaire dienstverlening binnen de vastgoedportefeuille. - Je stuurt leveranciers aan op kwaliteit, service, kosten en afspraken . - Je zorgt dat schoonmaak, afval, beveiliging, groenvoorziening en overige facilitaire zaken goed geregeld zijn. - Je beheert contracten, bewaakt looptijden en prestaties en onderhandelt waar nodig met leveranciers. - Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze en maakt onderbouwde keuzes. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, huurders en leveranciers bij facilitaire vraagstukken. - Je zorgt dat meldingen en problemen snel worden opgelost. - Je denkt mee over het facilitair beleid en de leveranciersstrategie en onderzoekt waar samenwerking met minder, sterkere partners voordelen biedt. - Je brengt meer structuur en uniformiteit in de facilitaire dienstverlening over de ver...
