Voor D&B The Facility Group in Rotterdam zoeken we een facility Manager die verder kijkt dan de operatie. Iemand die eigenaarschap pakt op kwaliteit, het team meeneemt in ontwikkeling en continu zoekt naar hoe processen slimmer en beter kunnen binnen een corporate omgeving. Als facility manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een locatie waar service en beleving echt het verschil maken. Je stuurt het facilitaire team aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening en schakelt continu met verschillende stakeholders. Geen beheerfunctie, maar een positie waarin je zichtbaar impact maakt op hoe de organisatie functioneert en wordt ervaren. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je geeft leiding aan de teams op jouw locaties binnen hospitality, beveiliging, catering en cleaning, in totaal 15 medewerkers. - Verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse operatie, inclusief teammanagement, planning en communicatie. - Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, signaleert kansen én risico's en durft moeilijke gesprekken aan te gaan; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle diensten en stuurt bij waar dat nodig is; - Je houdt overzicht over budgetten, marges, facturen en contractuele afspraken. Je werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag, van 9:00 tot 17:00 uur. Je staat boven de sterkte en draait niet mee in het dienstrooster, maar je bent géén manager-op-afstand: je weet wat er speelt op de vloer, stuurt bij waar nodig en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid. Het creëren van een hecht, betrokken en goed samenwerkend team staat centraal. De manager stimuleert open communicatie, vertrouwen en een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor succes.
