Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen für den Standort in Althofen 1 Facility Manager*in (m/w/d) Als Facility Manager*in (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für die technische Infrastruktur und Gebäudeverwaltung unseres Standorts und gestaltest deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.

Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen Führungsrolle:

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Facility Management Teams

* Entwicklung, Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards im Facility Management

* Definition und Umsetzung von Facility-Anforderungen für den Standort

* Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Reportings für das globale Management

* Analyse, Auswertung und Nachverfolgung relevanter Facility-Kennzahlen sowie Reporting im Rahmen der Balanced Scorecard

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Facility-Projekten

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Facility-Strategie

* Budgetplanung und Budgetverantwortung für den gesamten Facility-Bereich

* Erstellung und Einreichung von Investitionsanträgen (CAPEX) für Facility-Projekte

* Verantwortung für interne und externe Audits sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für Auditor:innen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, behördlicher und unternehmensinterner Anforderungen

Das schätzen wir an dir:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Investitions- und Budgetprozessen

* Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Auditumfeld

* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
