Als Teil Österreichs größter Tourismusgruppe, dem VERKEHRSBUERO, zeichnet sich die Unternehmenskult... 1 Facility Manager (m/w/d) DEINE ROLLE Als Technischer Gebäudemanager (m/w/d) der VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY sorgst Du von unserer Zentrale in Wien aus für den reibungslosen technischen Betrieb unserer Hotels, Campingplätze und Veranstaltungsstätten. Im Zuge der Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Standorte mit technischem Know-how unterstützt und Sicherheit, Qualität sowie Nachhaltigkeit sicherstellt.

* Organisation und Koordination von Wartungen, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (u.a. Brandschutz) sowie notwendigen Reparaturen * Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle externer technischer Dienstleister (Haustechnik, Elektrotechnik, MSR, Fördertechnik etc.) * Monitoring der technischen Infrastruktur sowie Sicherstellung der Betreiberpflichten, Wartung und Instandhaltung (CAFM-System) * Aktive Mitgestaltung des Budgetprozesses unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Risiken und Optimierungspotenzialen * Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen von Rahmenverträgen (Fernwärme, Fernkälte, Energie, Wartungen) * Begleitung von Neubau-, Umbau- und Modernisierungsprojekten (keine Projektleitung) * Unterstützung im Bereich Wasserhygiene (Monitoring und Optimierungsmaßnahmen) * Begleitung und Unterstützung bei behördlichen Prüfungen (§82, §338, AI etc.) * Mitarbeit im Bereich HSE inklusive Reporting, Kennzahlenmanagement und Schnittstellenkommunikation * Weiterentwicklung von Energie- und Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen * Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Arbeitssicherheit an unseren Standorten

DEINE STÄRKEN * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität o.Ä.) oder Meisterprüfung im Bereich Elektro, HKLS o.Ä. mit entsprechender Weiterbildung * Erste Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder technischen Gebäudemanagement * Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, Teams) * Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Wirtschaftliches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Souveränes Auftreten und Steuerung externer Partner auf Augenhöhe * Technisches Verständnis und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Begriffen wie BMZ, BMA, BSK, RJ45, KVAr oder PPR * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden von Vorteil * Kenntnisse im Bereich ESG oder GIB wünschenswert * Führerschein der Klasse B wünschenswert * Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Für die Position als Facility Manager (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 4.500 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung dein Bruttogehalt auf € 5.000 erhöhen kannst.
