The posting

Als Facility Manager (FR/NL/EN) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheer, onderhoud en de operationele werking van een uitgebreide site.

Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, technische installaties, infrastructuur en ondersteunende diensten veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende normen functioneren.

Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne teams en externe partners om een vlotte dagelijkse werking te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Coördineren van technische interventies en bezoeken op de site.

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en operationele behoeften.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van facilitaire projecten en verbeteringsinitiatieven.
  • Toezien op het preventief en curatief onderhoud van gebouwen en installaties.
  • Beheren van HVAC-installaties, elektriciteit, verlichting, netwerken en beveiligingssystemen.
  • Opvolgen van de veiligheid en de technische staat van infrastructuur en materieel.
  • Aanwezig zijn tijdens specifieke evenementen en operationele activiteiten indien nodig.
  • Bewaken van de naleving van wettelijke voorschriften inzake brandveiligheid, toegankelijkheid, hygiëne en arbeidsveiligheid.

Organiseren en opvolgen van wettelijke controles en keuringen.

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van technische medewerkers en andere operationele teams.
  • Coördineren van externe leveranciers en onderhoudspartners.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve werkomgeving.
  • Bachelor Facility Management, Vastgoedbeheer, Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Technische affiniteit en kennis van gebouwbeheer en installatietechnieken.
  • Ervaring met facility management, onderhoudsbeheer of operationele coördinatie.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en een natuurlijke teamspirit.

Oplossingsgericht, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig.

  • Bereidheid om in een flexibel uurrooster te werken wanneer de activiteiten dit vereisen.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
