Medewerkers krijgen de kans om impact te maken binnen een dynamische en multidisciplinaire context.

Jobomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een portefeuille van meerdere gebouwenprojecten.
  • Coördineren van onderhoudscontracten en technische dienstverlening.
  • Fungeren als centrale contactpersoon tussen opdrachtgevers, exploitanten, onderhoudspartners en externe deskundigen.
  • Bewaken van contractuele afspraken en ondersteunen bij geschillen- en claimbeheer.
  • Coördineren van technische inspecties, audits en conditiemetingen.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsplannen en corrigerende acties.
  • Verwerken en beheren van technische rapportages, documentatie en wijzigingsaanvragen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheidsvereisten en verplichte keuringen.
  • Begeleiden van projecten rond energie-efficiëntie en duurzaam gebouwbeheer.
  • Signaleren van risico's en proactief implementeren van verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Bachelor- of gelijkwaardig niveau binnen industriële wetenschappen, bouwkunde, facility management, vastgoed of een aanverwante richting.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen technisch beheer, vastgoed, onderhoudsdiensten of technische consultancy.
  • Sterke kennis van gebouwtechnieken en technische installaties.
  • Ervaring met contractmanagement en stakeholdercoördinatie.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Sterke communicatieve, onderhandelings- en bemiddelingsvaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht.
  • Analytisch sterk met oog voor detail én overzicht.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en professionele kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en digitale platforms voor technisch of facility management.
  • Kennis van onderhoudscontracten, speciale technieken of property management is een meerwaarde
