Als Facility Officer kom je in ons Facilities team en speel je een belangrijke rol binnen Itility. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je facility management, hospitality en office support. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's, bezoekers en leveranciers goed worden ondersteund en dat de dagelijkse kantoororganisatie soepel verloopt. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat onze consultants zich kunnen richten op hun werk. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Je bent het visitekaartje van Itility: je ontvangt en begeleidt gasten, ook telefonisch. - Je ontzorgt onze consultants door hen te faciliteren in de breedste zin van het woord: voorzien van bedrijfsmiddelen en helpen bij andere operationele vragen - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen waar Itility mee samenwerkt op het gebied van gebouwbeheer, schoonmaak, beveiliging en leveringen. Je bewaakt afspraken die gemaakt zijn en onderneemt actie wanneer nodig. - Verwerken van backoffice-aanvragen, zoals reizen en hotelboekingen (voor onze consultants) - Ondersteunen bij onboarding- en offboardingprocessen - Organiseren van vergaderruimtes, trainingen en catering - Beheren van toegangspassen, bedrijfsmiddelen, post en pakketten - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene mailbox en zorgt ervoor dat de hieruit voorkomende taken binnen het team worden opgepakt - Met jouw creativiteit bijdragen aan een gezellige en inspirerende werkomgeving, bijvoorbeeld tijdens speciale gelegenheden of feestda...
