Een gevestigde organisatie binnen parkeerbeheer en stedelijke mobiliteit zoekt een Facility & Operations Manager voor vijf locaties in centrum Antwerpen. Je combineert technisch gebouwenbeheer met personeelsplanning, klantencontact en financiële opvolging. Een afwisselende functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en dicht bij de werkvloer staat.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking van vijf parkeergarages en zorgt voor een veilige en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Je stuurt vijf medewerkers aan, coacht hen en maakt de planning voor de verschillende shifts op.
  • Je volgt het technische beheer van gebouwen en installaties op, lost kleinere storingen op en schakelt gespecialiseerde partners in wanneer nodig.
  • Je organiseert onderhoudswerken en coördineert externe leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, syndici en verenigingen van mede-eigenaars en volgt hun vragen zorgvuldig op.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, omzet en geldstromen en verzorgt de bijhorende administratie en rapportering.
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen op het vlak van veiligheid, techniek en organisatie en zet deze om in concrete acties.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers is een pluspunt; ervaring met gebouwenbeheer of parkeersystemen vormt een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Antwerpen en bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken, met compensatie tijdens de week.
