Als Facilitair Servicemedewerker bij Nationale-Nederlanden in Rotterdam ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor allerlei facilitaire vragen, verzoeken en meldingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een storing in het gebouw, een facilitaire vraag van een collega of een klacht die opgelost moet worden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze meldingen goed en zo snel mogelijk worden opgepakt. Je neemt de melding aan, denkt mee over een passende oplossing en houdt het overzicht van begin tot eind. Je schakelt hiervoor met verschillende uitvoerende partijen en zorgt dat zij weten wat er moet gebeuren. Vervolgens houd je de voortgang goed in de gaten en zorg je dat de collega die de melding heeft gedaan op de hoogte blijft. Zo neem je werk uit handen van de teams op locatie. Je leert de verschillende panden, facilitaire dienstverlening en processen binnen NN goed kennen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening steeds slimmer en makkelijker kunnen maken. Digitalisering en het gebruik van AI spelen hierin een steeds grotere rol. Heb jij een goed idee om iets beter of efficiënter te maken? Dan is er ruimte om dit aan te kaarten en mee te helpen verbeteren. Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen het Facility Service Centre , de front office van Facility Management bij NN Group. Vanuit hier help je collega's met hun facilitaire vragen en zorg je ervoor dat de werkomgeving prettig en goed geregeld is. Het doel van Facility Management is om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere collega het beste uit zijn of haar werkdag kan halen.
