Als Facility Teamleader zorg je ervoor dat gebouwen, terreinen en facilitaire diensten vlot en veilig functioneren. Je combineert de coördinatie van twee Facility Operatoren met technisch en praktisch werk op de site. Daarnaast volg je leveranciers en onderhoud op en zet je verbeteringen om in concrete acties. Wij vragen

  • Je hebt kennis van facilitair beheer en ervaring met het coördineren van kleine technische onderhoudswerken
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in gebouwbeheer, HVAC, nutsvoorzieningen en veiligheidssystemen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, ondersteunen en motiveren van medewerkers
  • Je begrijpt de basis van aankoopbeleid, contractbeheer en leveranciersbeheer
  • Je plant zelfstandig, stelt prioriteiten en lost praktische en technische problemen op
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; kennis van Engels is een plus
  • Je werkt vlot met gangbare software; kennis van SAP is een plus.
