Zij zijn onderverdeeld in vier verschillende divisies, namelijk: toeleveringen, autoassemblage, bussen en eindproducten. Functieomschrijving Als factory engineer draag je samen met jouw team de technische product verantwoordelijkheid voor de geproduceerde componenten door het bedrijf. Een greep uit het takenpakket - Het verlenen van support aan de productie bij product technische vragen en kwaliteit issues; - Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor de beoordeling en verwerking van product wijzigingen; - Het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid voor het inrichten van de juist processtappen met bijbehorende instructies en hulpmiddelen als verpakkingen en hijs tooling van de productie routingen; - De inrichting van logistieke parameters, uitbestedingen, stuklijsten en processtappen in het ERP en PLM systeem. Functie eisen - Je beschikt over een HBO denkniveau, voorkeur richting werktuigbouwkunde; - Je hebt ervaring met verspaning processen in een hightech omgeving; - Je hebt gewerkt met Lean Manufacturing principes en 5S, en daarnaast heb je ervaring met kwaliteits- en logistieke systemen; - Je hebt kennis van industrie standaarden met betrekking tot productie technologie; - Je bent bekend met het inrichten van procesbeheersing binnen productie omgevingen: Standaardisatie en vastlegging van processen, flow, proces FMEA, control plan etc; - Je beschikt over een goed analytisch denkvermogen: systematisch fact-based kunnen werken en planmatig bij het verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens; - Je bent een teamplayer en je kunt goed samenwerken, waarbij je de verbinding kunt vormen tussen de werkvloer, projectorganisatie, logistiek en ...
