Voor één van onze klanten, actief in de automotive sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en gedreven Facturatiemedewerker Automotive. In deze rol ben jij een cruciale schakel binnen de aftersales-afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen.

Jouw functie

Als Facturatie medewerker in Automotive sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van werkorders en facturen. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en sterk cijfermatig inzicht draag je bij aan een efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Verwerken en controleren van werkorders uit verschillende vestigingen
  • Nakijken van tarieven, werkuren, onderdelen en garantievoorwaarden
  • Overleggen met service advisors, werkplaatsverantwoordelijken en techniekers bij vragen of onduidelijkheden
  • Opsporen en corrigeren van fouten of ontbrekende gegevens
  • Opstellen van facturen voor onderhoud, herstellingen en onderdelen (extern, intern en waarborg)
  • Toezien op correcte naleving van interne procedures en richtlijnen van constructeur en derde-betalers
  • Ondersteunen bij maandafsluitingen en administratieve rapportering
  • Actief meewerken aan het behalen van KPI’s zoals omzet, efficiëntie en rendement.
  • Bachelor-denkniveau, bij voorkeur ervaren in een administratieve of automotive richting
  • Ervaring met facturatie is een troef, idealiter binnen de autosector
  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch en cijfermatig sterk
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Ervaring met ERP- of DMS-systemen is een plus
  • Communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen
