Als facturatiemedewerker 4/5e ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en nauwkeurige verwerking van de facturatie. Je verzorgt het volledige facturatieproces van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds professioneel en efficiënt geholpen worden.

  • Je staat in voor de correcte en systematische verwerking van klantgegevens en facturatie.
  • Je bent het telefonische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt hun vragen en opmerkingen met betrekking tot facturen.
  • Je verwerkt administratief verschillende documenten en gegevens die nodig zijn voor een correcte facturatie.
  • Je stelt creditnota’s op en behandelt inkomende debetnota’s.
  • Je volgt openstaande leveringsdocumenten op en neemt de nodige acties om deze correct te verwerken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke voor facturatie en de financiële afdeling.
  • Ervaring: je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen facturatie of een gelijkaardige administratieve functie.
  • Administratief sterk: je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • IT-vaardig: je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem en kan vlot overweg met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel en Word.
  • Talen: je bent zowel mondeling als schriftelijk zeer goed in het Nederlands en kan ook je plan trekken in het Frans.
  • Teamspeler: je functioneert goed binnen een team, maar kan ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheden opnemen.
  • Klantgericht: je bent communicatief, behulpzaam en servicegericht.
