Votre mission

En tant que Claimer / Facturiste spécialisé en poids lourds, vous assurez le suivi administratif et financier des interventions techniques réalisées sur les véhicules.

Vos principales responsabilités sont notamment :

  • Préparer, contrôler et établir les factures liées aux réparations et entretiens ;
  • Encoder et assurer le suivi des dossiers de réparation ;
  • Gérer les demandes de garantie et les dossiers de claim auprès des différents interlocuteurs ;
  • Vérifier la conformité des travaux, pièces et prestations facturés ;
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu’à leur clôture ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les mécaniciens, le service administratif et les clients ;
  • Identifier et corriger les éventuelles erreurs de facturation ou de codification ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des conditions de garantie.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des poids lourds ;
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en mécanique poids lourds et êtes capable de comprendre les rapports et travaux techniques ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les principes de facturation, de garantie et de gestion des dossiers claims ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et avez le sens du détail ;
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion ;
  • Vous avez un bon sens de la communication et appréciez le travail en équipe ;
  • La connaissance du français et/ou du néerlandais constitue un atout important ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, fiable et capable de respecter les délais.
