L'Auto-École Peiffer, enracinée dans la région de Verviers depuis 1965, s'engage à fournir des formations à la conduite de qualité. Notre mission principale est d'accompagner nos élèves tout au long de leur parcours d'apprentissage, en mettant l'accent sur une approche personnalisée et bienveillante.

Nous veillons de proposer des formations qui intègrent toutes les notions essentielles liées à la sécurité routière, tout en préparant nos élèves aux attentes des examens. Dans un contexte où le temps est compté, nous veillons à maximiser l'efficacité de chaque cours de formation, tout en garantissant que nos élèves acquièrent les compétences nécessaires pour réussir leur examen pratique avec confiance.

Responsabilités : • Dispenser des cours pratiques de conduite conformément au programme établi par l'auto-école et le SPW Mobilité et Transports. • Assurer un suivi attentif et personnalisé des élèves pour favoriser leur progression. • Préparer efficacement les élèves à réussir leurs examens pratiques avec assurance et compétence en matière de sécurité routière

Lieu(x) de travail Malmedy - Verviers - Liège - Welkenraedt - Eupen

Compétences professionnelles • Evaluer les difficultés et les progrès de la personne (code, conduite, ...), la conseiller et renseigner les documents de suivi et d'évaluation • Renseigner sur le déroulement des cours (code, conduite, pilotage) et évaluer le nombre d'heures de code, de conduite, de pilotage nécessaire

Savoir faire comportementaux • Communication • Sens des responsabilités • Autonomie • Respect des règles • Fiabilité • Esprit d’équipe

Profil • Avoir min 21 ans et être titulaire du permis B depuis minimum 3 ans. • Excellente connaissance du code de la route belge et des règles de conduite en vigueur. • Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement avec les élèves. • Être pédagogue, patient et empathique envers les élèves. • Bonne connaissance de la langue française • La connaissance de l'allemand est un atout

Qualification Brevet II d'instructeur AUTO-école (pratique, véhicules B) Être OBLIGATOIREMENT diplômé du Brevet d'Enseignant de la Conduite Automobile (Brevet II) délivré par le Service Public Wallonie Mobilité et Transports.
