Im ATZ MühlenHof-RadVit finden Personen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung im Rahmen einer freiwilligen beruflichen REHA-Maßnahme Begleitung beim Stabilisierungsprozess sowie Unterstützung bei der Integration in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt.

In den vier betriebsnahen Arbeitsbereichen (Gartenwerkstatt mit

Dienstleistungen, Fahrradwerkstatt mit Fahrradverkauf) werden Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer sowie individuelle Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten als Grundlage für den Wiedereinstieg in die Berufswelt gefördert.

An zwei Standorten (Standort MühlenHof in Vitis - und Standort RadVit in Vitis) orientiert sich das Angebot von Beschäftigung, Qualifizierung, Weiterbildung sowie sozialer Entwicklungsmöglichkeit an der individuellen Situation der Teilnehmer_innen. Im Zentrum stehen das Erkennen, Reduzieren bzw. Beseitigen von Vermittlungshemmnissen sowie die Erarbeitung beruflicher Zukunftsperspektiven. 1 Fahrradmechaniker/in Aufgabenbereich

* Fachliche Qualifizierung und Anleitung der Teilnehmer_innen in der Fahrradwerkstatt am Standort RadVit in Vitis

* Unterstützung im Verkauf (Kassa, Lager, Bestellungen, Verleih, ...)

* Abwicklung von Dienstleistungen und Auftragsarbeiten

* Dokumentation des Fortschrittes der Teilnehmer_innen

* Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration

* Unterstützung bei Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Marketing und Qualitätssicherung

Wir erwarten:

* Einschlägige Ausbildung im Bereich (Fahrrad-) Mechanik/ Mechatronik

* Fachtrainer_innenausbildung im Ausmaß von 100 Std. oder vergleichbare

sozial(pädagogisch)e Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung - kann ev. auch nachgeholt werden

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Personen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung erwünscht

* Technisches Verständnis und Geschick

* Führerschein B

* gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Soziale Kompetenz, Führungskompetenz und Engagement

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* psychische und körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Weiterbildung, Supervision und Selbstreflexion
