Failure Analysis Engineer (Test) Wij zijn op zoek naar een Failure Analysis Engineer die enthousiast is over het achterhalen van de kernoorzaak van technische problemen en het continu verbeteren van processen in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving. Werkzaamheden Uitvoeren van Root Cause Analyses (RCA) op complexe elektronische en mechatronische systemen die retour komen van klanten of vanuit onze interne productie. Jouw bevindingen zijn essentieel voor het kwaliteitsteam bij het definiëren van verbeteringen en het oplossen van faalmodi. Samenwerken met kwaliteits-, ontwikkelings- en productieafdelingen om problemen op te lossen en de betrouwbaarheid van producten te verbeteren. Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en implementeren van containmentmaatregelen om non-conforme producten te beheren en een soepele productieflow te ondersteunen. Vertalen van jouw analyses naar concrete verbeteracties voor toekomstige productontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie.
