Als gemeenschapsgerichte openbare instelling ontwikkelt ons OCMW-diensten voor de meest kwetsbare personen in de gemeente. We bieden jou de mogelijkheid in een organisatie te werken die constructieve oplossingen tracht te zoeken opdat burgers een menswaardig leven zouden kunnen leiden.

Functie:

Opdracht(en)

Op het grondgebied van Sint-Agatha-Berchem ga je langs bij gezinnen, senioren, zieken of mensen met een handicap die moeite hebben om alle dagelijkse taken uit te voeren om hun levenskwaliteit te verbeteren en ervoor te zorgen dat ze thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Je biedt hen praktische, georganiseerde hulp.

Activiteiten

1. Mensen helpen om thuis te kunnen blijven wonen en hun autonomie te vergroten en tegelijkertijd een bepaalde levenskwaliteit garanderen

2. Huishoudelijke taken uitvoeren die bijdragen aan het dagelijks welzijn van mensen door routineonderhoud uit te voeren in de woonruimtes, linnengoed en beddengoed te wassen, te strijken, maaltijden te bereiden en af te wassen, lijstjes te maken en boodschappen te doen, en mensen te helpen om zich buitenshuis te verplaatsen

3. Advies geven over en/of instaan voor aspecten met betrekking tot gezondheid, hygiëne, comfort en veiligheid van de begunstigde

4. Een pedagogische en sociaal-educatieve rol spelen: door gezinnen te ondersteunen in hun educatieve rol, geef je advies over hygiëne en aanpassing van de woning en moedig je mensen aan om hun potentieel dagelijks volledig te benutten

5. Relationele hulp bieden aan de begunstigde;

o Aandachtig luisteren;

o De dialoog ondersteunen en de autonomie behouden door mijn aanwezigheid;

o De ondervonden moeilijkheden identificeren;

6. Helpen om de begunstigde te integreren in het sociale leven (administratieve procedures, budgetbeheer, enz.)

7. Een preventieve rol spelen door moeilijkheden en risicosituaties te observeren, op te sporen en te melden (ziekte, verlies van zelfstandigheid, geheugenverlies, risico op ongevallen, enz.)

8. Werken als onderdeel van een team en in partnerschap

9. Actief deelnemen aan wekelijkse vergaderingen.

Technische competenties :

  • Diploma van het lager secundair onderwijs of een diploma van de tweede graad.
  • Houder zijn van een getuigschrift van vakbekwaamheid familiale hulp ten bewijze dat een van de vormingen erkend door de Ministers voor Bijstand aan Personen werd gevolgd.
  • In het bezit zijn van een getuigschrift van inschrijving als familiehulp afgeleverd door de ministers van Bijstand aan Personen.
  • U heeft goede relatie- en communicatievaardigheden.
