Innovatie, gastvrijheid en samenwerking dragen bij aan het realiseren van onze missie. We zijn hét stadsziekenhuis voor de Haagse regio, met een compleet zorgaanbod. Als topklinisch opleidingsziekenhuis heeft HMC vele expertises in huis en we bieden in verschillende centra en samenwerkingen gespecialiseerde zorg aan. Onze speerpunten zijn ons Traumacentrum en Neurocentrum. In ons HMC Kankercentrum bieden we topklinische kankerzorg. Meer informatie over HMC vind je op www.haaglandenmc.nl . Wat ga je doen? Als farmaceutisch medewerker binnen de ziekenhuisapotheek van HMC speel je een onmisbare rol in het medicatieproces. Samen met apothekersassistenten en ziekenhuisapothekers zorg je ervoor dat onze patiënten altijd kunnen rekenen op de juiste geneesmiddelen, op het juiste moment. Dat doe je op al onze drie locaties: HMC Antoniushove, HMC Bronovo en HMC Westeinde. Je ondersteunt bij het leveren van geneesmiddelen en beheert de voorraad in zowel het depot als op de verpleegafdelingen. De bestellingen die vanuit de afdelingen binnenkomen, maak jij zorgvuldig gereed en je zorgt dat alles administratief netjes wordt afgehandeld. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de afdeling, signaleert tijdig als iets beter kan en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces.
