Ontdek de functie van farmaceutisch medewerker en sluit je aan bij ons apotheekteam. Dit ga je doen Als farmaceutisch medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse medicatielogistiek binnen de Klinische Apotheek. Je zorgt ervoor dat verpleegafdelingen, poliklinieken en het revalidatiecentrum tijdig over de juiste medicatie beschikken. Een belangrijk deel van je werk bestaat uit het verwerken van medicatie op patiëntniveau. Je werkt met de baxtermachine, geneesmiddelenkarren en labels, en controleert geneesmiddelen zorgvuldig op houdbaarheid. Je volgt daarbij vaste procedures en houdt overzicht over je werkzaamheden. Daarnaast draai je bereikbaarheid- en weekenddiensten. Het werk is afwisselend en vraagt om nauwkeurigheid en een gestructureerde manier van werken. Hier kom je te werken Je komt terecht in een moderne ziekenhuisomgeving die continu in beweging is op het gebied van digitalisering, waar persoonlijke aandacht een belangrijk uitgangspunt is. De Apotheek van het Diakonessenhuis bestaat uit een Klinische en een Poliklinische afdeling en werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines binnen het ziekenhuis. Je sluit je aan bij een team dat bestaat uit onder andere apothekers, apothekersassistenten en farmaceutisch medewerkers. Er is een fijne werksfeer waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en kennis met elkaar delen. Bij ons krijg je de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
