Als Farmaceutisch Operator (GMP) ga je aan de slag met het bedienen, ombouwen en opstarten van volautomatische verpakkingslijnen van geneesmiddelen. verder ga je aan de slag met:

- Schoonmaken en vrijgeven van productielijnen volgens de geldende procedures

- Controleren en bewaken van de productkwaliteit tijdens het verpakkingsproces

- Signaleren, onderzoeken en oplossen van technische verstoringen en eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines en installaties

- Correct en volledig invullen van productie- en kwaliteitsdocumentatie, zowel handmatig als in SAP

- Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen van productieprocessen volgens Lean Six Sigma-methodieken

Tijdens je eerste weken word je uitgebreid ingewerkt op de werkvloer. Je leert de machines, productieprocessen en procedures goed kennen. Ook daarna zijn er volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde en leergierige kandidaten met technisch inzicht. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

- Minimaal een afgeronde vmbo-opleiding op kader- of theoretisch niveau, mavo of havo

- Ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving of met verpakkingslijnen is een pré

- Technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om machines en processen te leren kennen

- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Engels is een pré.

- Je kan goed overweg met computers
