Ben jij een warme en betrokken farmaceutisch-technisch assistent(e) die graag dicht bij patiënten staat? Werk je nauwkeurig, maar vind je het minstens even belangrijk om mensen op hun gemak te stellen en hen op een persoonlijke manier verder te helpen?

Voor een apotheek in hartje Dessel zijn we vanaf 1 januari 2027 op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega om ons team te versterken. Vanaf dan krijgt de apotheek een nieuwe eigenaar en wordt er volop ingezet op een frisse start en een persoonlijke apotheekwerking.

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig en hecht team, waar iedereen elkaar kent en samenwerking centraal staat. Samen met de apotheker-titularis/provisor en de apotheker-adjunct zorg je ervoor dat patiënten zich welkom voelen en kunnen rekenen op deskundig advies, een luisterend oor en een warme service.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als farmaceutisch-technisch assistent(e) ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor de patiënten en een belangrijke steun voor de apothekers. Je combineert jouw farmaceutische kennis met een persoonlijke en klantgerichte aanpak.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Je verwelkomt patiënten en begeleidt hen op een vriendelijke, professionele en betrokken manier.
  • Je luistert naar hun vragen en geeft deskundig advies over geneesmiddelen, gezondheidsproducten en verzorgingsproducten.
  • Je verwerkt voorschriften en staat mee in voor de correcte en veilige aflevering van geneesmiddelen.
  • Je voert magistrale bereidingen uit volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je helpt mee met het voorraadbeheer, de bestellingen en het controleren van leveringen.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een ordelijke, verzorgde en aangename apotheek.
  • Je neemt administratieve en ondersteunende taken op wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de apotheker-titularis/provisor en de apotheker-adjunct.
  • Je denkt mee over de werking van de apotheek en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw ervan.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die met kennis én met de nodige zorg en betrokkenheid te werk gaat.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Farmaceutisch-Technisch Assistent(e).
  • Je werkt graag met mensen en haalt voldoening uit het helpen en adviseren van patiënten.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en zorgvuldig.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je bent communicatief, vriendelijk en empathisch.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt actief mee.
  • Je hebt een positieve, professionele en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Kennis van Farmad is mooi meegenomen.
