Wil je als farmaceutisch-technisch assistent je farmaceutische kennis inzetten in een andere omgeving dan de klassieke officina? Voor een professionele en groeiende apotheekgroep in regio Westhoek zoeken we een FTA voor de afdeling Individuele Medicatievoorbereiding (IMV).

Samen met apothekers, collega-FTA’s en logistieke medewerkers zorg je ervoor dat meer dan 1.500 patiënten tijdig en correct hun medicatie ontvangen. Je krijgt daarbij een verantwoordelijke rol binnen het IMV-proces en vormt mee de belangrijke schakel tussen de apothekers en het logistieke team.

Ervaring met IMV is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ook wanneer je vanuit de klassieke officina de overstap wilt maken, krijg je de nodige begeleiding om de werking grondig te leren kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als FTA binnen IMV werk je mee aan het volledige proces van individuele medicatievoorbereiding. Je staat onder supervisie van de verantwoordelijke IMV-apotheker en werkt nauw samen met de logistieke medewerkers.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen en verwerken van medicatieschema's en wijzigingen
  • Meewerken aan een correcte en tijdige individuele medicatievoorbereiding
  • Controleren en bewaken van de kwaliteit binnen het IMV-proces
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en eventuele naleveringen voor woonzorgcentra
  • Afstemmen met apothekers, FTA's en logistieke collega's
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte organisatie en duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen de dagelijkse IMV-werking
  • Waar nodig logistieke collega's ondersteunen en aansturen
  • Regelmatig uitvoeren van magistrale bereidingen

Je werkt met Greenock en beschikt over moderne infrastructuur voor geautomatiseerde IMV en de bijbehorende controleprocessen.

Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid

Deze functie gaat verder dan uitsluitend uitvoerend werk. Als FTA neem je een belangrijke plaats in binnen het team. Je helpt de verbinding te maken tussen de logistieke medewerkers en de apothekers en bewaakt mee dat processen correct en efficiënt verlopen.

Daarom zoeken we iemand die graag samenwerkt, communiceert en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen. Heb je al ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega's? Dan is dat zeker een meerwaarde, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Je beschikt over het vereiste diploma en visum om als farmaceutisch-technisch assistent aan de slag te gaan.

Daarnaast:

  • ben je leergierig en sta je open voor een gespecialiseerde IMV-werking;
  • werk je nauwkeurig, plichtsbewust en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • communiceer je vlot en werk je graag samen met verschillende collega's;
  • durf je verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen;
  • heb je een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • is ervaring met IMV een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Zowel kandidaten met ruime ervaring als FTA's die zich graag verder willen ontwikkelen binnen IMV zijn welkom.
