Bouw mee aan een vernieuwende apotheek waar preventie, persoonlijk advies en farmaceutische zorg centraal staan

Voor een apotheek in regio Halle zoeken we een enthousiaste farmaceutisch-technisch assistent (FTA) die graag mee wil stappen in een nieuw en toekomstgericht verhaal.

De apotheek staat namelijk voor een mooie verandering.. Daarbij wordt niet alleen gekeken naar een nieuwe infrastructuur, maar vooral naar een andere manier van werken.

De ambitie? Patiënten niet alleen helpen wanneer ze ziek zijn, maar hen ook begeleiden om zo lang mogelijk gezond te blijven. Preventie, persoonlijk advies en gespecialiseerde farmaceutische begeleiding krijgen daarom een belangrijke plaats.

Als FTA krijg je de kans om vanaf het begin mee te groeien in dit nieuwe project.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin patiëntencontact en farmaceutische ondersteuning centraal staan.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Patiënten ontvangen en verder helpen aan de balie
  • Geneesmiddelen afleveren binnen jouw bevoegdheden
  • Persoonlijk advies geven en patiënten begeleiden
  • Magistrale bereidingen uitvoeren
  • Meewerken aan zowel voorschriftbereidingen als huisbereidingen
  • Bestellingen en voorraad mee opvolgen
  • Apothekers ondersteunen in de dagelijkse werking
  • Meewerken aan een vlotte en kwalitatieve organisatie van de apotheek
  • Op termijn bijdragen aan nieuwe initiatieven rond preventie en gezondheidsadvies

Er wordt bewust gezocht naar manieren om patiënten gerichter en persoonlijker advies te kunnen geven. Interesse in preventieve gezondheidszorg is daarom zeker een pluspunt.

Een apotheek in volle ontwikkeling

De nieuwe apotheek wil sterk investeren in een moderne werking. Zo staat onder andere de komst van een robot gepland.

Het team zelf is eveneens in ontwikkeling. Je krijgt daardoor de mogelijkheid om niet alleen in een bestaande structuur terecht te komen, maar ook mee te denken over hoe de samenwerking en dagelijkse werking verder vorm krijgen.

Je beschikt over het vereiste diploma en visum om als farmaceutisch-technisch assistent aan de slag te gaan.

Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die:

Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en basis Frans is belangrijk voor het contact met patiënten en collega's.
