Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt EUR 2.772,00 brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Leitung der Frischebereiche Feinkost und Fleisch

- Fachliche sowie eingeschränkte disziplinäre Führung von Mitarbeiter und Lehrlinge

- Aktive und freundliche Kundenberatung inkl. professionellem Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement

- Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation und korrekten Preisauszeichnung

- Durchführung von Bestellungen

- Aktiver Verkauf sowie Cross-Selling des gesamten Warensortiments

- Frische- und Qualitätskontrollen unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen

- Vorgaben sowie Sicherstellung der HACCP-Bestimmungen

- Einhaltung der Arbeitstechniken im Rahmen von Lebensmittelsicherheit und Konsumentenschutz

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Schulbildung, idealerweise Lehre im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Handel

- Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel, Gespür für Qualität und Frische

- Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil

- Hohe Beratungskompetenz und Freundlichkeit

- Freude im Umgang mit Menschen

- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Besuch von Seminaren, Schulungen)

- Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Belastbarkeit und teamorientiertes Arbeiten Wirtschaftliche Denkweise
