Fellow Intensive Care max. € 9.136,- 46 uur wo bepaalde tijd duur opleiding Je hebt nog 19 dag(en) om te solliciteren Complexe acute zorg, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en steeds meer zelfstandigheid komen samen in dit fellowship bij het LUMC. Als fellow intensive care werk je met een brede patiëntenpopulatie en doe je uitgebreide ervaring op met onder meer ECMO en LVAD. Een persoonlijk opleidingsplan geeft ruimte om je te verdiepen in onderwerpen die aansluiten bij jouw ambities. Daarbij leer je in een open, collegiaal team waarin feedback, begeleiding en zelfstandigheid hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen? Op de Intensive Care behandel je patiënten met complexe, vaak multidisciplinaire problematiek binnen vrijwel het volledige spectrum van de intensive care geneeskunde. Onder supervisie van ervaren intensivisten krijg je gedurende de fellowship steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Naast medische kennis en technische vaardigheden ontwikkel je je verder in klinische besluitvorming, communicatie, samenwerking en leiderschap. Ook speel je buiten de IC een belangrijke rol in de acute zorg binnen het ziekenhuis. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Behandelen van patiënten vanuit onder meer de heelkunde, interne geneeskunde, thoraxchirurgie, cardiologie, neurologie en neurochirurgie. - Opdoen van uitgebreide ervaring met mechanische circulatoire en respiratoire ondersteuning, waaronder LVAD en ECMO, van indicatiestelling tot multidisciplinaire zorg. - Verzorgen van intensieve zorg voor onder meer transplantatiepatiënten en patiënten met geavanceerd hart- en longfalen. - Bijdragen aan acute ziekenhuisbrede zorg binnen het Spoed Interventie Team, op de shockroom en bij reanimaties. De IC is een ELSO Platinum Center of Excellence voor ECMO-zorg. Hierdoor doe je ervaring op binnen een bijzonder aandachtsgebied van de afdeling. Waar ga je werken?
