Ihre Aufgaben:

º Koordination der Planung und Entwicklung von Fertigungsschritten und -prozessen im Team, insbesondere in den Bereichen CNC-Fräsen, CNC-Drehen und Oberflächenbearbeitung

º Bewertung der Machbarkeit neuer Bauteile für die mechanische Fertigung und Definition der erforderlichen Prozessschritte

º Ermittlung der Herstellkosten für die interne Teilefertigung

º Vorbereitung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktions- und Fertigungsprozessen

º Zentrale Ansprechperson und Koordination bei komplexen Qualitätsproblemen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen entlang des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses

Ihr Profil:

º Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau oder Fertigungstechnik

º Praktischer Hintergrund in der mechanischen Fertigung von Vorteil

º Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen sowie Kenntnisse mechanischer Bearbeitungsverfahren wie Fräsen, Drehen und Schleifen

º Kenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung sowie methodisches Wissen im Bereich Problemanalyse und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise

º Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

º Selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

º Gute Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Entlohnung:

Das Mindestgehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie und entspricht der Beschäftigungsgruppe F.
