Dazu gehören sowohl die Erstellung von eigenen Bewertungen als auch Plausibilitätsprüfungen von externen Bewertungen, die als Grundlage für Finanzierungsentscheidungen und zur Besicherung dienen. * Planung und Koordination der operativen Immobilienbewertungen

* Administrative Unterstützung im Bereich Immobilienbewertungen

* Laufende Kommunikation mit den internen und externen Kund_innen

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten

* Laufendes Studium an einer Universität/Fachhochschule idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Real Estate

* Du hast starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest strukturiert & systematisch

* Du bist engagiert und lernbereit
