Als Fiber Engineer in West-Vlaanderen coördineer jij telecomprojecten van studie en ontwerp tot organisatie, planning en uitvoering. Je stuurt glasvezellassers, blaasploegen en montageploegen aan en onderhoudt nauw contact met klanten en toezichters. In jouw rol als Fiber Engineer streef je steeds naar klantgerichte oplossingen en zorg je dat de werven onder jouw projectleider succesvol afgerond worden. De functie inhoud Als Fiber Engineer sta jij in voor deze taken:

  • Als Werfleider Glasvezel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlotte verloop van verschillende werven binnen de telecomafdeling.
  • Je volgt alles vanaf de studie op en rapporteert aan de projectleider.
  • Het onderhouden van het klantencontact en de aansturing van de uitvoerende teams op de werf zijn ook jouw bevoegdheid.
  • De combinatie van deze taken maakt dat jij dagelijks op zoek gaat naar een oplossing op maat van de klant.

Onze klant Voor de uitrol van één van de grootste telecomprojecten in België biedt onze klant jou een mooi project met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Ze zijn pionier in het aanleggen van glasvezelnetwerken. Je komt terecht in een groeibedrijf waarbij de vlakke structuur, open en directe communicatie, zelfstandigheid en coaching centraal staan. Als Fiber Engineer beschik jij over de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Voor de invulling van de functie Werfleider Glasvezel behaalde je een bachelor/master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van telecom en/of AutoCAD zijn grote troeven.
  • Je bent organisatorisch aangelegd en bent in staat om de leiding te nemen en zo de medewerkers te motiveren.
  • Voorts draag je de waarden kwaliteit en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands / Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
