Gamma Communications is een internationale IT-partij en daaronder valt een dochterbedrijf GBS. GBS bestaat uit Desatel, Schiphol Connect en Nimsys. deze functie voer je uit voor de labels die onder GBS vallen. Zij beheren de netwerk- en telefonie infrastructuur van bedrijven, verzamelpanden en terminals op Schiphol. In deze functie werk je onsite en kom je op unieke plekken binnen Schiphol. Functieomschrijving Als Field Service Engineer installeer en onderhoud je telecom- en netwerkinfrastructuur. Je biedt ondersteuning op incidenten en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers op een klantgerichte manier worden geholpen. Een greep uit je takenpakket: - Installeren, configureren en testen van o.a. VoIP, Routers, Switches; - Monitoren van de infrastructuur; - Bieden van onsite en remote support op o.a. problemen m.b.t. hardware, bekabeling, configuraties; - Escaleren van incidenten naar Technical Support of IT-partners; - Installeren van fysieke aansluitingen in patchkasten Functie-eisen Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde IT opleiding en 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Deze functie staat open voor junioren en meer ervaren profielen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Jaarcontract voor bepaalde tijd, met intentie tot onbepaalde tijd; - Salaris tussen de € 3000 - 4000 bruto per maand, op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,25ct per kilometer of volledige OV-vergoeding.
