Binnen het team krijg je als Service Engineer de kans om mee te werken aan technisch uitdagende installaties en rechtstreeks impact te maken op het eindresultaat. Dankzij de vlakke structuur, snelle beslissingslijnen en grote mate van autonomie krijg je alle ruimte om je expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als service ingenieur verzorg je de opstart en indienststelling van complexe productiemachines bij klanten
  • Bij technische problemen ga je doelgericht op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een duurzame oplossing
  • Jouw kennis deel je met klanten en operatoren, zodat zij de installaties vlot en efficiënt kunnen gebruiken
  • Ook telefonische ondersteuning van klanten behoort tot jouw dagelijkse takenpakket
  • Vanuit jouw technische expertise denk je actief mee over optimalisaties en verbeteringen aan bestaande installaties
  • Een masterdiploma binnen elektromechanica, automatisering of een gelijkaardige technische richting geniet de voorkeur, al komen sterke bachelors ook in aanmerking
  • Complexe machines, technische analyses en diepgaande foutdiagnoses spreken jou sterk aan
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij regelmatige verplaatsingen naar klanten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen
  • Nederlands en Engels gebruik je vlot in communicatie met klanten en collega's
