Jij zorgt dat de productielijnen soepel draaien en stelt alles in het werk om kwaliteit te leveren. Je werkt met moderne apparatuur en volgt duidelijke processen, zodat je samen met je collega's het verschil maakt. Elke werkdag brengt afwisseling en uitdaging. Je start de machines op, houdt processen scherp in de gaten en grijpt direct in als er iets afwijkt. Je voert controles uit, pakt storingen aan en zorgt voor een nette administratie. Je overlegt regelmatig met collega's, waardoor je altijd weet wat er speelt. - Bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van moderne productieapparatuur - Opstarten en instellen van machines en terminals - Bewaken van het procesverloop en controleren van analyseresultaten - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en nemen van monsters - Afstemmen van afvoer van halfproducten en overleg met collega's - Ingrijpen bij storingen en uitvoeren van eerste onderhoud - Verladen en innemen van producten en hulpstoffen - Nauwkeurig uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden Functie-eisen - Mbo werk- en denkniveau en een operator b-diploma of vergelijkbaar - Ervaring met procestechniek en procesbesturingssystemen - Bekend met levensmiddelentechnologie...
